Is MaxyTools really free?
Yes. Every tool is free, with no sign-up and no hidden limit. The service is funded by discreet ads and voluntary donations.
Are my files sent to your servers?
No. MaxyTools tools process your files directly in your browser. They are not uploaded, not stored and not visible to us. You can check it yourself: most tools keep working even without an Internet connection once the page has loaded.
Do I need an account?
No. No sign-up is needed to use the tools.
Why don't some tools work on my phone?
A few tools rely on features that phone browsers don't provide (for example processing very large files). Each tool page clearly states whether it works on a computer, on mobile, or both.
Is there a file size limit?
There is no quota and no daily limit. Each tool shows its own size limit (generally 100 to 150 MB per file), because processing uses your device's memory: very large files may fail on an entry-level phone.
Can I use MaxyTools offline?
Yes. Install MaxyTools from your browser ("Install the app"): tools that work locally keep running without Internet.
How do I report a bug or suggest a tool?
