1. The service
MaxyTools provides free online tools (PDF, images, text, calculations, QR codes, security, data…) that run in your browser. The service is provided “as is” and may change, be suspended or be modified at any time.
2. Permitted use
You agree to use MaxyTools lawfully. In particular, you must not:
- use the tools to process illegal content or content that infringes the rights of others;
- attempt to disrupt the site, bypass its protections or massively extract its content using automated means;
- present the service as your own or copy its brand, design or texts.
3. Your files and your responsibility
Your files stay on your device and you retain full ownership of them. You are responsible for their content and for the rights you hold in them. Keep a copy of your originals: MaxyTools cannot recover a lost or badly converted file, since it keeps no copy.
4. No warranty
We take great care to make each tool reliable, but no result is guaranteed. Calculators (finance, health, zakat, grade averages…) give general indications and do not replace a qualified professional, nor medical, legal, tax or religious advice.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, MaxyTools cannot be held liable for indirect damage, data loss or loss of profit related to the use of (or inability to use) the service.
6. Intellectual property and open-source software
The MaxyTools brand, logo, design and texts are protected. The service relies on open-source libraries (for example pdf-lib, PDF.js, SheetJS) used under their respective licenses.
7. Advertising and donations
The service is funded by ads displayed with your consent and by voluntary donations. Ads are supplied by third parties, who are solely responsible for their content.
8. External links
The site may contain links to third-party sites. We have no control over their content and accept no liability for them.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the country where the publisher is established, subject to mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence.
