Reorder PDF Pages
Drag thumbnails to put the pages in the right order, or nudge them with the arrows: you get a new PDF in the order you see.
How to use this tool

Help
- Drag a thumbnail where you want it (with the mouse, or by the handle at the top of the page on a phone). A bar shows where it will land and the grid scrolls by itself near the edges.
- Without dragging: the arrows under each page shift it by one place. The coloured number reminds you of a moved page's original position.
- For a long document, open “Move specific pages”: type 12-15 and choose “To the start”, “To the end” or “Before page…”.
- “Reverse order” flips the whole document (a scan made backwards). Nothing is saved until “Save the new order”.
- To also rotate or delete pages, use the “Rotate PDF” and “Delete PDF Pages” tools. Maximum size 100 MB, unprotected PDF.

Frequently asked questions
How do I reorder on a phone?
Use the handle at the top-left of each page to drag it with your finger, or the two arrows under the page; dragging is never required.
Can I also rotate or delete pages here?
No: only the page order changes here. Use “Rotate PDF” or “Delete PDF Pages” for those operations, then come back to reorder.
Is my PDF uploaded anywhere?
No. The pages are reordered by your browser, on your device: the file is not sent, kept or read anywhere else.
